Opening the Right CPS PowerPoint Program
	Notice the CPS tab open in PowerPoint application window. If this tab is not showing, you will not be able to create CPS PowerPoints.
	This is the reason that you must open the CPS PowerPoint from the Desktop Icon or the Program Folder.
