Assessment  
     
  Assessment is the process of collecting data to determine teacher effect.  
     
  Different types of assessments may include- quizzes, visual cues, observations, exams, pre-tests, achievement tests, etc. It involves an evaluation process, based on data, to determine weaknesses, deficiencies, or gaps within the educational process. It is a force that drives the decision-making processes.
